Why it works

Practice without feedback grooves in errors as deeply as successes, because you cannot correct what you cannot see. How to do it

  1. For each practice block, define what "correct" looks like before you start.
  2. Find the fastest available feedback source — a coach, a recording, a checker, a rubric.
  3. Act on each piece of feedback in the very next rep rather than batching corrections for later.
