Starting Your Day with Daily Pulse

What Daily Pulse Actually Is
Pulse isn't another notification demanding your attention. It's more like a coach's morning check-in, waiting patiently for when you're ready.
When you open it, you'll see: What you committed to recently (so you don't have to remember) Patterns the coach has noticed in your sessions A gentle suggestion for where to focus today
How to Use It
Step 1: Make it part of your morning Open Pulse before you open email. Before Slack. Before the world starts asking things of you. This is your moment to ground yourself.
Step 2: Read without acting Don't immediately jump into tasks. Just notice: "Oh, I said I'd have that conversation today." "Right, I've been avoiding that project." Let it land.
Step 3: Pick one thing Pulse often suggests more than one focus. That's okay. Pick the one that feels most true for today. The others will wait.
Step 4: Come back tomorrow Pulse works best as a daily practice. Each day builds on the last. Over a week, you'll start to see your own patterns more clearly.
What Pulse Remembers
Pulse draws from your recent sessions: Goals you're working toward Actions you committed to Themes that keep coming up Progress you've made (even when you don't notice it)
It's not tracking you. It's remembering for you, so you don't have to carry everything in your head.
When Pulse Helps Most
Overwhelmed mornings — when you don't know where to start After a break — when you've been away and need to re-orient Before big days — when you want to be intentional about where your energy goes Low motivation moments — when seeing your progress reminds you that you're moving forward
A Gentle Note
Pulse isn't meant to pressure you. If you open it and feel "I can't deal with this today," that's information too. Maybe today is a rest day. Maybe you need a session to figure out why.
The point is awareness, not obligation.
