Open dataset: 6,707 self-help practices with evidence grades
As of 26 October 2026 · Version v1-2026-10-26 · CC BY 4.0
The dataset lists every practice in the IX Coach library. Each row has the practice's name, a link to its page, its topic, a one-line description, its evidence grade, the written caveat, its checked sources, whether trained clinicians deliver it, a trademark notice where one applies, and the date it was last updated. It does not include the full instructions for each practice. Those are on the practice's own page, which each row links to. The dataset is licensed under CC BY 4.0, which makes it free for any use, including commercial use, as long as you give attribution with a link.

Credit and attribution
Credit the whole dataset with the line below. When you reuse one practice, link to that practice's page, which each row's attribution line gives. The link back is required by the licence, and it is how readers reach a practice's full instructions and its sources.

What is not included
The website's source code and the data used to build its pages are not included. The full instructions for each practice are not included either. They are on that practice's own page, which each row links to.
Versions
This is version v1. Each release carries its date in the version string. Within v1, columns are only added, never removed or renamed, and v1 stays available when a later version is published.
