Self-reflection tools
Short, free reflections on the patterns that shape how we love, work, rest and decide. Each one takes a few minutes, asks you to rate everyday statements, and shows you the pattern your answers lean toward: what it can look like, what is useful in it, where it can cost you, and one small thing to try. Your answers are scored in your own browser and are not sent anywhere. If something you find is worth talking through, you can take it to Io, the AI coach in the IX Coach app.
These reflections describe ordinary patterns, not conditions, and none of them diagnose anything. The statements were written for IX Coach rather than copied from any questionnaire, and every reflection was reviewed before publishing to make sure it stays that way: no diagnoses, no screening for health conditions, and help always on the page.
